Gotta Love CVS

Well I had to pick up three prescriptions today after work, and Lo and Behold I had 2 coupons for a $25.00 gift card. So I wondered if I could use both, sure enough I could. So I paid $30. for my medicine, and got $50 in gift cards. Is that awesome or what! I will be getting lots more for my buck now at CVS!! I hope they have some good weeks soon. It seems as though they haven't had many good deals lately.

By the way the one coupon was a Wal-Greens coupon, so our CVS does honor them.

So if you have any medicine to get, be sure to get a coupon before you go.

Facebook

Well, I have totally not been on this blog very much, thanks to Facebook. The new and upcoming thing! I actually really enjoy it, I have made contact with alot of friends that I have not talked to in a really long time. One of my friends is living in South Korea. What, I couldn't believe it, I would of never known that if it wasn't for Facebook. So is anyone else on there, have you found any long lost friends!!?? If your not on there, why aren't you? Anyways there is my kick on facebook!

Jama Lost her tooth and Chloe is sick

Hello again, it's been awhile but have been very busy. Plus I am now on Facebook, that is where I usually head first. It is great to catch up with old lost friends, and to chat with friends that I see now.

Anyways today has been another busy day! Work this morning, and then this afternoon Chloe told me her tummy hurt so I was holding her on the couch and well ......I will spare you the details, she has the flu. I think you can fill in the rest.

And then at supper Jama LOST HER FIRST TOOTH. Here is a pic of Jama getting it pulled.





And here is a final pic for you, Jama as happy as can be! She says " I can't believe I lost my tooth"! She was so brave just stood there while Bill pulled the tooth out.




And then at 6:45 Chloe told me she wanted to go to bed, say what! That never happens, I guess she really doesn't feel good. Cause she is asleep in her bed as I type this, hopefully she is feeling better tomorrow, and no one else gets the flu. Have a good evening!

Happy Birthday Jama

Today is Jama's Birthday she will turn 6 at 11:32 I believe. All I remember is sitting in the hospital all day until 9:00 pm when the DR finally came in and broke my water. I kept telling her all day just to brake my water and I would have her very fast. Well I was right, she was born 2 1/2 hours later! She thought she would go and sleep a few hours she didn't make it home, and the nurse called her and said you better get back here and FAST. She did make it back, I guess we know our bodies better than the DR sometime!!! Anyways here a few pics of Cutie Pie or as Bill calls her Gidget!!!

I'm Back!!

Where have I been, that is a good question! Well after Christmas and the the New Year, very busy but relaxing and had a great Christmas and great New Year. We went to some friends house and played Rock Band on their wii. A very fun game! Of course we did play other games and had a good time fellowshiping and eating of course! After the new year we became extremely busy with work, Bill & I headed to Atlanta for a week, and poor grandma & pa kept the kids! Had good show and good time. Then I went to Chicago and now I am home for now! Trying to get everything back in order!

I haven't done any shopping for 3 weeks, so I am ready to get some good deals again! I made a trip to CVS yesterday, and got a really good deal. I got
3 gal of milk
4 -12 packs of pop
2 packs of gum
3 skippy peanut butter
some nasal spray!
I only paid $1.xx for all of that and got $20. in ECB

I thought that was a pretty good trip, considering it was not planned to well. I got there and scanned my card and got a 10/50 coupon. SO I had to get the 50 dollar total, which is why I threw in the gum! Sorry no pic today!

Sorry it took so long to take down the Christmas Countdown, I seriously thought about leaving it there, but that thought quickly past! So now GO STEELERS!! I'm not a big football fan but if my Father-In law reads this he will like it GO STEELERS!!!!

Merry Christmas

I am wanting to wish everyone a Merry Christmas! Lets not forget the true meaning of Christmas tomorrow. Our bedtime story tonight was about Baby Jesus being born. It is pretty cool, when the kids can tell us the story and we just sit and listen. Chloe wanted me to draw a pic of Mary, Joseph and Jesus, so I did and then she said we need a star! That is pretty cool that our 3 year old even knows the true meaning of Christmas! So with that said Have a Merry Christmas, and don't forget to thank the Lord for sending His Son, for us.

CVS Trip and a BUSY day!!

Well today I did not have much planned, but when I got home from work that all changed. First things first though!! Well before work I made a trip to CVS to do my last transaction this week, and asked the lady what time they switch to next weeks sales she said 1:00. Perfect that is what time I get off, so after work, I headed straight there! I got alot of good stuff and I only spent $.02 yes that says TWO CENTS. Here is a pic!


I was so excited also walked away with almost $70.00 in Extra Care Bucks! If you wonder how I did it check out this www.iheartvcvs.com for how to play The CVS Game! It is quite fun!

So then I get home and my wonderful husband and three kids, has cleaned the house and picked up ALL the toys! So I decided to wrap some presents! Still not done though. Then I decided to make Cinnamon Rolls, Bill wants to take them to our neighbors for Christmas, (Sorry megan and mom no you aren't getting any, you have to wait till Christmas at mom's). So I made a total of 8 pans of Cinnamon Rolls, my house smelled good! Then I made 2 pans of Rice Krispie treats for Church tomorrow, we are having a Birthday Party for Jesus tomorrow with all of he kids probably close to 80-90 kids, you think 2 pans are enough! Just joking, there are several others bringing some!

Then I decided to do some laundry, which I am still working on! Then I rearranged the furniture downstairs so that we can actually walk down there, it was a disaster. Then for some reason I cleaned some dressers, and Bill hooked my stero back up today, and he fixed my dryer. Anyways I really did straighten and clean the house up today, we redid the family room several weeks ago, and it is now FINISHED! It looks so much better now!! Well I still need to get some new curtains, the old ones do not match!

So now all I need to do is make some Christmas Cookies with the kids on Monday. And then I am done baking for the holidays! Have a wonderful weekend and stay warm it is going to be getting COLDDDDDDDDDDDDDD! Bundle up or maybe just stay inside by the fire!!!
